  • Quickly track customers – locate a customer by any known information so finding and responding to internal and customer enquiries is faster. With one click you can view all customer transactions, chase outstanding debt or raise a new invoice. Disputed invoices may be placed on hold, allowing the balance owed to be more easily collected whilst entering free format notes against the customer or transaction.
  • Manage overdue accounts – you can default one of the flexible payment terms on to an invoice but override if required. Greentree will track each invoice so you know exactly when it is due for payment. As you enter invoices or sales orders Greentree will track and action credit limits both as a total and in each overdue period.

  • Comprehensive discount options – provide discounts at invoice line, invoice and statement levels as your business requirements dictate. Additionally you can incentivise payment via early payment discounts. Discounts and pricing arrangements can be provided by customer, customer group, quantity, inventory item, inventory group, date range or any combination thereof.
  • Electronically send invoices & statements – no need to manually email outputs to customers, outputs can be automatically emailed, faxed or printed based on customers settings.
  • Manage disputed transactions – chasing and collecting overdue invoices is vital to cash flow. Disputed invoices or part amounts of an invoice can be placed on hold allowing you to continue to chase and receive payment for all other outstanding amounts.

Standard parameter driven reports provide the information you require to run your customer accounts effectively. Sales analysis information is captured via user definable customer, transaction and inventory trees and can be reported upon to manage trends within both Greentree and tools such as Excel or Greentree IQ.
